In the true San Francisco fashion, the beverage program runs the gamut of traditional and innovative offerings, including local craft and house-brewed beers, artisanal cocktails, and California-focused wines.
At the helm of our brewing operation is our head brewer, Wynn Whisenhunt. Our head brewer has been working in professional breweries for the past six years around the SF Bay Area. He began his craft at home but quickly realized his true home was in a commercial brewery. Inspired by his first visit to a professional operation, he began his exploration into the beer world. Wynn began his education at Chicago, IL at the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology. He then traveled to Doemens Academy in Munich, Germany. His education provided him a foundation for international styles of brewing. Wynn, however, has found a love of brewing American Style beers and tends to focus on the West Coast Style specifically; while still occasionally brewing other one-off unique styles of beer. Our brewery aims to create a unique atmosphere and experience in Union Square. We strive to set the standard in San Francisco's brewing scene; while still bringing back the idea of community by providing a truly righteous, San Francisco experience for locals and visitors alike.
